Hirwa Design Construction Group (HDCG) was founded to close the gap between architectural design and on-site construction in Kigali. Too many projects lose time and money when the designer and the builder are two separate companies pointing fingers at each other. HDCG puts both under one team, with one point of accountability, from the first sketch to the final handover.
Since then, we've grown from single-site jobs to multi-phase residential and commercial builds across the city, while holding onto the same principle: one team, one contract, one standard of work from groundbreaking to handover.
